At Zainab's Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue may be required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

• Used or altered products, unless the product was defective or incorrect when delivered.

• Items specifically marked as non-returnable before purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at rajaqureshi103@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once we review your request, we will inform you of the available resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund, as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved for eligible returns, damaged or defective products, incorrect items, or orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Once your return is approved and any required inspection is completed, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law. If the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong or a defective item, we will explain the applicable return-shipping arrangements.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is necessary because we sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Zainab's Collection will coordinate the appropriate return-shipping arrangements.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may experience delays.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at rajaqureshi103@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests can be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return procedure will apply.

Any eligible refund for a cancelled order will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.

7. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us to discuss a replacement or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered in accordance with applicable law.
